What type of payment do you accept?

Secured On-line payments can be made using a debit or major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Keep in mind that we expect payment on the day of service.

Do I need to be present at the property?

Accepted Answer

No. You can provide instructions to our team on how to access the property. Whether it will be leaving a spare key, lock box or access code. Be assured that no information will be shared outside our team.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that a 48-hour notice be given. Failure to call us ahead of time will result in a cancellation fee.

What do I need to do to prepare my house for cleaning?

To ensure your home receives a thorough cleaning, we ask that all your personal belongings are removed from the home. We also ask that utilities are on, electricity and water, so that we are able to complete our cleaning.
